The client wanted to create a relaxed and comfortable beach home environment where families could enjoy and create future memories. The buildings are modern in design but they wanted to ensure the building did not encroach on the surroundings. This was achieved with the clever use of products and colour palette that blended the buildings into its surrounding landscape. Entering the main building and you are immediately immersed in the open plan family friendly environment. The colour palette from the exterior extends into the interior. Gentle light filters throughout the rooms and enhances the use of timber and natural materials throughout the home. The upstairs living areas lead to private decks that have expansive views.
