As a Registered Master Builder we warrant that works we are responsible for will be carried out:

• In a proper and competent manner
• With reasonable care and skill
• In accordance with the drawings and specifications
• In accordance with consent
• Using materials it supplied that are fit for purpose
• Using material that are new (unless otherwise agreed)
• In accordance with legal requirements
