Whangamata Retreat

Another clever and original design by Edwards White and proudly built by SJR Builders. There are many standout features within this build; one clever design is the spiral staircase and the placement of the skylight which floods the entire stairwell with lots of natural light. There is an abundance of cedar both on the exterior and interior. The interior living is extended by the construction of the outdoor area.  This means that the owners have multiple options of where to spend their days while enjoying the relaxing and calm setting this beach house has on offer.
