Waihi Wonder

The owners decided that it was time to update their home at Waihi Beach. Having a son as the Architect proved handy as he could take on board their vision and help to create their new home. SJR Builders was pleased to be accepted to build this home. The home is cleverly located on site to maximise the stunning ocean views. Using SIP panels was a first for Edwards White and SJR Builders but nothing we couldn’t handle. 

The home is spread over 2 levels, and the clever floor plan provides lots  of space for the multi-generational needs of this family. The owners have chosen to use natural native timber and a neutral colour palette throughout the home. A beach home to be enjoyed for many years and generations to come.
